WERA Racer Daniel “Danger”Costilla Rides Towards
Red Bull Rookies Cup
Twelve-year-old Daniel “Danger” Costilla has his sights seton racing MotoGP when he grows up. This young gun is determined to meet hisheroes on the tarmac, and he is working hard to make his dream a reality.
Costilla began his racing quest with M1GP, an organizationdedicated to racing minis in southern California. This year, Costilla moved upto the larger circuits of WERA West, where he quickly became comfortable withthe increased speeds. Now, his goal isto become a part of the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a feeder series that coincideswith several of the European GP Rounds.
Assisting Costilla along his career path is LeonardMellgren, owner of Redline Powersports.
